At Rout Travel, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible and transparent cancellation policy to give you peace of mind while booking.

🚨 Flight Bookings:

  • Cancellations allowed as per airline policy.

  • Rout Travel service charges may apply (non-refundable).

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.

🚍 Bus Bookings:

  • Full or partial refund based on operator’s cancellation window.

  • Instant cancellation via our app or website (subject to cutoff time).

  • No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

🏨 Hotel Bookings:

  • Free cancellation available on select hotels.

  • Hotel-specific cancellation deadlines will apply (mentioned during booking).

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 working days.

🌍 Holiday Packages:

  • 10% of package amount charged if cancelled 15+ days before departure.

  • 50% cancellation fee for 7–14 days.

  • No refund for cancellations within 7 days or after trip starts.

  • Date change allowed (charges apply).

🚖 Cab Rentals:

  • Free cancellation up to 6 hours before scheduled pickup.

  • 50% charge for cancellations within 6 hours.

  • No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellations.

All cancellations must be made through our website, app, or customer care. Refunds are subject to partner/vendor policies and may vary case by case.
